Mahber Tehadso

Mahber Tehadso is a vibrant Catholic spiritual group within the Medhaniealem Eritrean Geez Catholic Community, rooted in the grace and power of the Holy Spirit and part of the global Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement. Our community is dedicated to fostering a personal and transformative relationship with Jesus Christ, renewing hearts, strengthening faith, and deepening our commitment to the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church in the Geez rite. Through Spirit-filled prayer gatherings, uplifting worship, Scripture reflection, and fellowship, we seek to encounter the living presence of God in our daily lives. Guided by the gifts of the Holy Spirit—such as praise, healing, discernment, and encouragement—we strive to grow in holiness and become faithful witnesses of Christ’s love within our church and beyond. The name Tehadso, meaning “renewal,” reflects our mission to be continually renewed in spirit and to inspire spiritual renewal within the Medhaniealem community. We embrace a life of repentance, joyful praise, and active faith, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide and transform us more fully into the image of Christ. As a spiritual group of the Medhaniealem Eritrean Geez Catholic Community, we are united in preserving our rich spiritual heritage while embracing the renewing work of the Holy Spirit. We are committed to evangelization, service, and building a strong, prayerful community grounded in faith, love, and unity. Through intercessory prayer, outreach, and mutual support, we aim to uplift the weak, bring hope to the discouraged, and serve our community with compassion. Together, we grow as one body in Christ, trusting in the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all aspects of our lives.
